[Remote] Loan Officer Development Program (Seattle, WA)

The Loan Officer Development Program provides an opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience in mortgage origination and customer engagement, while supporting homebuyers through the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by enhancing responsiveness and accessibility for customers and real estate agents, while providing exceptional service
• Support the end-to-end loan origination process — from pre-approval to closing — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional borrower experiences
• Manage and follow up on mortgage leads to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Complete a phased four-month learning plan that includes SAFE licensing prep, hands-on practice, and mentorship from reputed company Loan Officers and Managers
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to identify process improvements and deliver outstanding results

Skills

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles; mortgage or financial services experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills —with the ability to effectively communicate reputed company information to customers and real estate agents
• You reputed company in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Growth reputed company and willingness to learn reputed company processes and systems in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, and other relevant tools
• Customer-centric reputed company with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Must be physically located reputed company 75 miles of our (Seattle, WA) Office
• Must obtain a SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator license reputed company 90 days of hire (licensing support and training provided)
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a reputed company field is preferred
