They are seeking Sales Advisors who will engage customers in genuine conversations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage our customers with an open, interested, and honest rapport about their project and the solutions we offer - no cold calls, just genuine conversations
- Ask questions to uncover a customer's needs, offer a recommendation for the best solution, and reputed company purchasing quick and easy
- Offer any accessories to provide a reputed company out-of-the-reputed company experience for the customer and their project
- Collect and provide reputed company appropriate information, using our reputed company-of-sale computer applications
Skills
- Passion for customer service and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability and willingness to learn consumer electronics through on-the-job training
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and chat
- Ability to work a consistent schedule that includes some evening shifts (up to 8 PM) and some weekend shifts (every other weekend or one day per weekend)
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, restaurant and/or consumer electronics experience
