Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services reputed company to the My Safe Florida Home Program
- Provide courteous, professional, and accurate assistance to callers
- Deliver excellent customer service while addressing questions and concerns
- Maintain a clear, confident, and professional phone reputed company
- Communicate information effectively in a friendly and personable manner
- Adhere to program guidelines, policies, and call-handling procedures

- Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet reputed company to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload

- Schedule Availability: Candidates must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET
