[Remote] ER Information Center Consultant

The ER Information Center Consultant role involves providing support to employees and managers on Employee Relations matters, interpreting HR policies, and mediating workplace issues.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound phone calls as the first reputed company of contact for employees and managers regarding Employee Relations matters
• Interpretation of HR policies and practices
• Conflict resolution and counseling on sensitive workplace issues
• Manager assistance with performance management, including corrective action
• Assists the implementation of employee relations programs, policies and procedures, keeping them in line with organizational policy and labor law legislation; helps reputed company positive management-labor relations to improve employee relations
• Providing support to employees and managers in dealing with general employee issues
• Developing, implementing and administering the management-labor relations area of HR in an effort to improve employee relations
• Formulating and recommending program goals in reputed company areas of employee relations
• Maintaining open communication between management and employees and serving as a labor dispute mediator for problem resolution
