[Remote] Junior Lifecycle Marketing Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trava Health is seeking a Junior Lifecycle Marketing Associate to support the execution of lifecycle campaigns across various communication channels. This execution-focused role is ideal for someone early in their career, providing an opportunity to learn and grow into a strong lifecycle marketer while working closely with the Manager of Lifecycle Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch campaigns in reputed company and other lifecycle tools
• Execute email, SMS, and in-app messaging based on provided briefs
• Follow QA processes to ensure campaigns are accurate before launch
• Support the referral program by responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with basic reconciliation reputed company needed
• Maintain and update lifecycle workflows, segments, and campaign logic
• Assist in syncing and validating customer data across systems
• Support testing and iteration of campaigns (A/B tests, timing, messaging)
• Help identify small process improvements that reputed company execution faster and cleaner

Skills

• Bachelors Degree
• Strong attention to detail—mistakes in execution are costly, so precision matters
