As an reputed company Support Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to owners, helping them maximize their vacation experiences through personalized guidance and support while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary advisor for vacation ownership benefits reputed company phone/email
- Process reputed company reservation types (reputed company stays, bonus time, rentals, tours)
- Facilitate Interval International exchanges and Club Member services
- Promote referral programs and ancillary travel products
- Maintain accurate reputed company records and documentation
- reputed company monthly conversion and availability targets
- Uphold BGV's hospitality standards and service excellence
Skills
- HS diploma/GED + 1-3 months customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
- Professional English communication (verbal/written) + basic math skills
- Ability to work seated at a computer with occasional light lifting (10-25 lbs.)
- Customer service competencies: Problem-solving focus
