Traveling Project Superintendent
Manager of the construction jobsite. Responsible for the proper, smooth and timely construction of projects. Ensure project success through leadership, expertise and excellence in:
- Operation: setup and management of the job-site with an emphasis on safety, cleanliness and organization. Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism.
- Communication: daily project reporting; professional in reputed company written and verbal communication
- Precision: ensure the project is built per plans and with quality
- Control: manage the project schedule to ensure timely completion; and manage cost by proactively heading off issues that could reputed company to profit fade
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of (5) years’ experience in a construction reputed company field
