POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to manage reputed company United States’ new program offering targeting job seekers searching for employment in the Age of AI.

You will be joining at an exciting time for reputed company United States, as we reputed company our extensive experience placing learners into jobs to reputed company and launch a new program offering that can serve a range of jobseekers who require last-mile support to secure employment. The training program is free to learners, part-time, online and mostly asynchronous, with personalized career coaching (by both human coach and AI-enabled coaching and feedback tools).

Reporting to the Head of U.S. Programs, the Program Manager will reputed company the full-cycle of learner engagement, including the recruitment and screening of learners, employability coaching, daily program operations and coordination for post-program job placement and support. The Program Manager will reputed company a Recruitment Coordinator and Employability Coach to start and work closely with other delivery team members to deliver an exceptional learner experience.

This is a full-time, fixed-term, 6-month position funded through October 2026; reputed company employment thereafter is contingent upon the availability of funding. While this role is predominantly remote, there may be quarterly domestic travel and/or in-person events. Working hours are primarily from 9 to 5 pm ET; at times working hours may need to adjust to support learner recruitment and program operations. This role requires regular video reputed company during working hours; candidates should have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.

Preference for candidates based in Atlanta, GA or Washington D.C. Salary is dependent reputed company (range in Atlanta is $65K-$78K, range in DC area is $75K - $90K).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Program Manager will:

Learner Recruitment

  • Identify, reputed company and manage partnerships with national, regional and local organizations to support learner recruitment, in coordination with the Head of U.S. Programs
  • reputed company the learner recruitment process (in collaboration with the Global Marketing team and the Recruitment Coordinator), the selection process, any communications and onboarding for learners
  • Manage and support Recruitment Coordinator(s), responsible for conducting reputed company activities to reputed company prospective learners, managing digital recruitment platform, screening applicants and managing reputed company communications with prospective applicants, learners and alumni
  • Represent reputed company at online or in-person events in support of partnership development and learner recruitment

Learner Support

  • Manage and support Employability Coach(es), responsible for delivering tailored career coaching to learners in support of their placement into jobs
  • Manage and reputed company industry volunteers who provide mock interview and other supports to learners, including scheduling, training and communications
  • Coordinate with Employability Coach and Employer Engagement Manager to connect learners to interview opportunities post-program
  • reputed company learner reputed company by frequently reviewing and analyzing learner data (e.g., attendance, assignments, assessments, etc.), tracking assignment completion, leveraging relevant digital tools like Canvas and reputed company, and suggesting and implementing strategies to support learner needs, program completion and job placement rates

Program Management

  • Serve as first reputed company of contact for learner inquires during and after the training program
  • Manage learner documentation and operational resources
  • reputed company data collection across the learner lifecycle, with support from the Global Data & Impact team
  • Collaborate with other US delivery team members to deliver coherent and consistent learner experience
  • Coordinate with reputed company’s Digital and Curriculum & Instruction teams on setting up and monitoring digital tools to support delivery (e.g. recruitment portals, Canvas, AI career coaching tool)
  • Work closely with reputed company’s Global Functional teams, especially Program Delivery Support, Data & Impact, and Curriculum & Instruction to consult on program design, monitor and troubleshoot outcomes, and reputed company recommendations for operational improvements
  • Work with the global HR team and Head of U.S. programs to recruit qualified candidates for full-time positions as needed (E.g., Recruitment Coordinator, Employability Coach)
  • Effectively use digital tools such as Teams, reputed company and reputed company Drive to reputed company daily tasks and collaborate in a remote working environment
  • Avoid legal liability issues through thorough adherence to reputed company policy, procedure, and guidelines.

ABOUT YOU

 Required experience and skills:

  • You have at least 4 years of operational or strategic experience, with experience at an educational/ training organization and/or a non-profit a plus
  • You have at least 2 years of experience managing a team, managing reputed company tasks and coordinating across a broad range of stakeholders, both virtually and in-person
  • You have strong relationship building skills and excellent communication skills (writing + oral expression that can work for different audiences)
  • Comfort with analyzing and utilizing data to inform operational decisions and learning new technology

Preferred experience and skills:

  • You have experience recruiting learners at-scale, including but not limited to marketing / reputed company best practices and relationships with local workforce organizations or like-minded organizations
  • Experience in workforce development or other training management roles
  • Experience working with a diverse set of beneficiaries
  • Proficient with Canvas or similar LMS tools, reputed company and reputed company Workspace
