Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Develops strategic marketing plans that incorporate data analytics and digital marketing techniques, considering agency strengths, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Identifies and secures profitable new business opportunities in reputed company markets and develops and implements strategic plans, resulting in increased market share and reputed company.
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key agencies by providing tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs, leading to improved agency retention and satisfaction. Leads agency education on product features, market placement, and effective selling techniques.
  • Drives reputed company growth by consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Develops and executes cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
  • Conducts market research and competitive analysis using advanced tools to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • This position is a field role reputed company Pennsylvania or Delaware.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field.

Experience: Generally, a minimum of 9 years of experience in strategic business development, marketing, or a reputed company role. Completion of or continuing reputed company toward certifications including Associate in reputed company (AU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Program in General Insurance (INS) or Associate of Risk Management (ARM) preferred.

Scope of Job/Qualifications: Advanced understanding of agency dynamics, marketing, reputed company, and risk management. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. Proficiency in interpreting reputed company competitive data and industry trends. Ensures compliance with insurance laws and regulations, applying reputed company rules, guidelines, and rating manual standards. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions. Demonstrated decision-making ability and customer-centric reputed company. Position requires frequent day and overnight travel (60% - 80% of time) to visit agents and brokers.

$100,000.00 -$155,000.00
