OVERVIEW:
reputed company® is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual for a temporary position to join our Provider Services & Claims Administration team team working in a flexible work style arrangement. Reporting to the Team Manager, the Pharmacy Agreement Coordinator manages the granting of reputed company® Agreements to qualifying pharmacy providers reputed company, following our established policies and procedures. This role is also responsible for coordinating, verifying, and updating information reputed company to pharmacy providers and prescribers, while serving as a reputed company of contact for both internal and external stakeholders as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Ensures reputed company necessary steps are taken to validate application details to determine eligibility.
Tracks the reputed company of reputed company applications and resolves application reputed company issues in a timely and professional manner.
Handles incoming phone inquiries and initiates contact reputed company needed to appropriately manage applications.
Prepares and distributes Agreements and reputed company documentation.
Provides quality customer service to internal departments and external stakeholders on issues reputed company to pharmacy provider eligibility.
Enter and maintains information reputed company to pharmacy providers and prescribers reputed company our systems.
Reviews and takes appropriate action on notifications and requests received from stakeholders.

Works closely with Team Manager and other Pharmacy Agreement Coordinators in a team-oriented environment.

Experience in a similar role would be an asset.
Computer proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company and Outlook is essential. Exposure to Access would be beneficial.
