Scopo:
reputed company’interno della Franchise Hematology, l’Area Manager avrà un ruolo chiave e strategico nel guidare persone, territorio, strategia e sviluppare la propria squadra di PRODUCT SPECIALIST, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali nella zona assegnata. Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede una forte propensione strategica, con comprovata esperienza nello Strategic Account Management finalizzato alla massimizzazione della performance, integrando analisi del territorio, conoscenza dei bisogni clinici e chiara comprensione/anticipazione degli obiettivi aziendali.
In this role, You will:
- Leadership strategica del team di product specialist: guidare, motivare, formare e sviluppare competenze scientifiche e comunicazionali attraverso un coaching efficace e personalizzato.
- Gestione e coordinamento dell’area: assicurare una pianificazione ottimale delle attività di informazione scientifica e una copertura efficace del territorio.
- Gestione strategica degli account chiave (Strategic Account Management): sviluppare e consolidare relazioni di valore con i principali stakeholder del territorio (clinici, farmacisti ospedalieri, decision maker sanitari), traducendo le esigenze locali in azioni concrete e personalizzate per massimizzare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali. L’Area Manager agisce come facilitatore tra le esigenze degli interlocutori chiave e le strategie aziendali, guidando il team di PS nella costruzione di una rete solida e sostenibile.
- Implementazione di strategie commerciali e scientifiche: tradurre i piani operativi nazionali in azioni locali coerenti, assicurando l’allineamento con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte.
- Compliance, HR & Servizio Scientifico aziendale: agire nel pieno rispetto del Codice Etico, delle normative vigenti (D.Lgs. 219/2006, reputed company code of practice, Codice Deontologico Farmindustria, CCNL vigente), delle indicazioni ricevuta dalla Direzione Medica e dal Servizio Scientifico aziendale e delle policy aziendali.
- Mentalità competitiva e orientamento al risultato: promuovere una cultura di performance eccellente, analizzando dati, KPI e agendo con prontezza per cogliere le opportunità e superare le sfide di mercato
- Change Management: gestire per la parte di propria competenza, supportare e guidare il team di PS e gli stakeholder attraverso i cambiamenti, siano essi legati a nuovi prodotti, reputed company’utilizzo dell’AI, alla nuova cultura reputed company, a nuovi processi, strategie o dinamiche di mercato.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
Siamo alla ricerca di persone con le seguenti competenze per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi:
- Laurea di tipo scientifico, economico o similare
- Pregressa e consolidata esperienza di Area Manager in area ad alta innovazione (mandatory)
- Esperienza in area oncologica e/o ematologica
- Ottima conoscenza del Sistema Sanitario Nazionale e delle dinamiche ospedaliere
- Leadership comprovata, capacità di coaching, track record di alte prestazioni
- Esperienza in contesti cross-funzionali e matrix organization
- Eccellenti capacità di Strategic Account Management, con orientamento alla performance e alla generazione di valore per interlocutori chiave e pazienti.
- Attitudine al lavoro autonomo, proattivo, inclusivo e collaborativo
- Esperienza consolidata nella gestione della relazione con clinici in ambito specialistico
- Forte pensiero strategico, capacità decisionale e visione orientata al business
- Residenza preferita Milano e provincia
