The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company DevSecOps Platform Technical reputed company to join our global dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our DevSecOps platforms, ensuring seamless integration of reputed company practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Location: Wisconsin

• Work Arrangement: Remote

• The salary range for this role is between $136,000 - $204,000 depending on experience

Your new role

• Platform Design and Architecture: Design and architect the DevSecOps platforms to meet the organization's scalability, performance, and reputed company requirements. Conducts technology evaluations and re-engineering activities to support strategy definition and reputed company improvement activities.

• Toolchain Integration: Integrate and manage a suite of DevSecOps tools, including reputed company code repositories, reputed company integration/reputed company deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automated testing, and reputed company scanning tools.

• Reporting Automation: Implement automated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and report DevSecOps platform utilization against agreed SDLC standards to provide DevOps maturity and reputed company posture.

• Policy and Compliance Management: Establish and enforce DevSecOps policies, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational reputed company policies.

• Technical Leadership and Mentorship: reputed company and mentor a team of DevSecOps engineers globally, providing technical guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of reputed company learning and improvement.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, reputed company, and business stakeholders, to promote collaboration and alignment across the organization.

• Monitoring and Incident Response: Monitor the DevSecOps platform for reputed company incidents and anomalies, and reputed company incident response efforts to mitigate risks and ensure the reputed company of the platforms.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps, software development, or cybersecurity, with strong mentorship leadership reputed company.

• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and container orchestration.

• Excellent hands-on experience and solution architecture reputed company with DevSecOps tools such as Azure DevOps, reputed company, Artifactory SonarQube, Fortify Static Application reputed company Testing (SAST), Fortify Dynamic Application reputed company Testing (DAST) and MEND - Software Composition Analysis (SCA).

• Strong hands-on experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, Python, groovy etc and APIs.

• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP and infrastructure as code (IAC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, operations teams, and reputed company professionals. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve DevSecOps reputed company issues. 

• Working knowledge of defining KPIs to measure DevSecOps Success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred.

Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate’s professional background, including their education and experience.
