reputed company has an exciting opportunity for a remote Call Center Trainer.

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for maintaining overall relationship and communication with TRC Command Center; Operations Supervisors and Managers
• Responsible for delivering training sessions in adherence to schedule; on-time and reputed company budget.
• Works closely with peers in TRC Operations, FMS, IT and Performance Excellence to ensure smooth, compliant operation of ARI’s Maintenance and Accident Management programs
• Maintains Training Library and ensures that TRC-SOPs are reviewed and updated annually. 

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma, Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• A.S.E. and/ or O.E.M. certifications (preferred)
• 2 + years of ARI-TRC Call Center experience
• 3 + years of experience in the Automotive Industry (Repair, Maintenance or Service).
• Exposure to the fleet management industry
• Experience facilitating virtual training reputed company Webex, etc
• Familiarity with training concepts and practices.
• Familiarity with Call Center Technologies CTI, IVR, ACD and customer tracking systems.
