Job Description:
This role will be responsible for devising and implementing a strategic plan to maintain and increase referrals from healthcare providers reputed company their designated territory. This role emphasizes the use of data to drive analysis, targeted reputed company, and territorial expansion. The Physician Liaison must reputed company predetermined growth objectives reputed company their assigned region and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the oncology landscape.
This is a remote role in Florida. We will hire two Physician Liaison to cover East Central and Southeast Florida.
Responsibilities

Initiate and maintain regular communication with referring providers and/or their office staff through various channels, including peer-to-peer interactions, scheduled or follow-up visits, email, and phone reputed company.

Identify and help resolve workflow or system issues that may hinder the referral process for providers.
Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and collaborate with physician organization groups for the practice.
Assist in coordinating community speaking events for physicians and clinical staff.
Gather and share competitive intelligence—including market dynamics, business risks, and referral trends—with relevant practice leadership.
Report to the reputed company Liaison leadership team to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on strategic goals.

Key Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with CRM and market analytics reporting, preferably reputed company
Ability to pull general analytical territory reports associated with the appropriate reporting tools and job functions.
Strong knowledge of both Oncology and Non-Oncology Infusion Treatments a plus.
Ability to work cooperatively.
Initiative-taking, solution-oriented, and empathic to our patient population.
Experience with marketing and communications.
Strong computer skills; in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
Comfortable traveling locally 80% of the work week.
Easily adjust to change.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience reputed company Oncology or the healthcare industry.
May consider without bachelor’s degree with additional relevant experience of 4+ years (equaling 8 years of experience).
