First 3 weeks are day shift. 1 week of onboarding

This is a bilingual English & French role.  Must be able to speak, read, write in both languages.

As a MomentMaker® you’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear reputed company they reputed company out for help. You will:

  • Schedule appointments and share helpful information

  • Record accurate details and follow brand guidelines
  • Partner with your team to create a positive experience for every interaction
