Detailed Description

  • Participates as a member of a customer support team and acts as an reputed company between customers and the team.

  • Communicates and acts upon customer requirements and issues in production meetings.

  • Work closely with the engineering team for investigation on reputed company issues & its solution implementation.

  • Commission new machine installation at customer site

  • Troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies

  • Reconfigurations of systems and changing of components in accordance to customers' requests

  • Able to read & interpret schematic electrical / mechanical drawings

  • Handling stock purge and rework / return on faulty parts

  • Monitor & track major projects of customer if necessary

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree preferably in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering

  • 3-5 years of work experience

  • Prior work experience with reputed company-end semiconductor equipment or reputed company products highly preferred

  • Able to comprehend mechanical and schematic diagrams

  • Able to handle simple reworks reputed company client's premises

  • Able to commit to overtimes and willing to be on 24/7 standby for 2 weeks reputed company a month

Other Info

  • Fixed $1000 standby allowance per month

  • Additional Overtime Allowance

  • Work location: 8 Upper Changi Road North, Singapore 506906 (But will require the incumbent to travel to other sites reputed company necessary)
