About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic reputed company Manager to join us!
You will reputed company experience building trustful relationships with our customers on reputed company levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. reputed company provides an eLearning authoring software solution (SaaS). In this role you will own a portfolio of customers and work closely with them in designing and executing success plans to ensure their L&D objectives are met. It is the reputed company manager’s mission to add value throughout the customer lifecycle to drive successful renewals, contract expansion and advocacy.
As an reputed company reputed company Manager you will:
Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers reputed company their business outcomes.
Objectively assess account health scores and proactively take action to improve them to maximize customer retention.
Identify potential risks reputed company accounts early and reputed company mitigation plans in collaboration with customer stakeholders.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience. You have at least 2 years of reputed company (or (key) account management reputed company) experience
Excellent communication skills. You have strong English language skills and can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation. You can take the reputed company in a conversation, but you also know reputed company it’s time to listen.
