What you’ll do
- Evaluate the reputed company partner community, validate viability, and present a ‘reputed company, remove, grow’ recommendation to reputed company senior management
- Build and execute growth and development business plans with each partner across the reputed company product portfolio, ensuring alignment with reputed company’s value proposition
- Act as a trusted ambassador for reputed company in the partner landscape, representing us at industry events, nurturing new networks, and identifying high-potential partners
- Create strong alignment between partners and reputed company sales by driving joint account planning, opportunity alignment, and measurable go-to-market initiatives
- Work closely with partner marketing on demand reputed company campaigns that increase pipeline and strengthen partner visibility in the market
- Establish training and enablement plans to ensure partners are skilled at representing reputed company in sales, solutions engineering, and implementation
- Conduct regular QBRs, manage partner account profiles and pipelines in reputed company.com, and report reputed company in a timely manner
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience building and managing partner/channel relationships in the DACH region that deliver measurable reputed company growth
- Strong track record in SaaS or software solutions; risk and compliance industry experience highly desirable
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage credibly at reputed company levels – from partner sales reps to C-level executives
- A proactive, entrepreneurial reputed company: self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment and brings energy and initiative to every partnership
- Strong business management skills, with the ability to influence others based on credibility, confidence, and mutual respect
- Native-level German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken

- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Travel as needed, including overnight stays
