Manager, Advanced Operations Engineering (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in hardware manufacturing, reputed company cloud infrastructure, aerospace, or automotive sectors.
• 3 years of experience in people management.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• 6 years of experience managing programs to improve engineering productivity or reputed company areas (e.g., engineering or development throughput, automation, reputed company, cost, speed, or effectiveness).
• Experience with people management and leading multi-disciplinary teams (i.e., Manufacturing, Test, and Data Engineers).
• Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication.
• Experience working on components for Data Centers.
• Experience with PCBA assembly processes.
• Knowledge of common technologies used in consumer products (e.g., plastic injection molding, sheet metal, extrusion, die casting).
