Job Title: Director – Government Sales (KSA | Arabic Speaker | Enterprise SaaS)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Nationality: Saudi Experience: Minimum 8+ years

You will only be considered if you meet reputed company of the following:

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Minimum 8+ years in enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven experience selling to KSA Government entities (HEALTH CLUSTERS, COMMISSIONS, COUNCILS, DEVELOPMENT FUNDS AND BANKS, DIRECTORATES, MUNICIPALITIES, PROGRAMS)
  • Demonstrated track record of closing large enterprise deals (SAR 500K+ minimum)
  • Strong understanding of government procurement, tenders, and vendor registration processes in KSA

Role Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and driven Director – Sales (Government) to reputed company and expand our public sector business in Saudi Arabia. The role will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with government entities, and achieving reputed company targets for our SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: reputed company and execute a robust sales strategy focused on the Government/Public Sector in KSA to drive reputed company growth and market penetration.
  • reputed company Ownership: Own and consistently reputed company annual sales targets through proactive business development and strategic account management.
  • Government Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across ministries, government entities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Business Development: Identify, reputed company, and reputed company new business opportunities reputed company the public sector, including large-scale and high-value deals.
  • Solution Selling: reputed company product presentations, demonstrations, and high-level discussions showcasing the value proposition of SaaS solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful deal closure and client onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partnerships & Alliances: Build and reputed company partnerships with system integrators, consultants, and local partners to enhance market reputed company.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong focus on the Government/Public Sector in KSA
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience in enterprise solution selling to government entities, large enterprises, or regulated industries
  • Established network reputed company Saudi government organizations is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing large deal cycles and strategic accounts
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or reputed company field (MBA is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in or selling to sectors such as BFSI, Government, or Large Enterprises
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and tendering in KSA
  • Arabic language proficiency is a must
