About the role…
We’re looking for a reputed company Coordinator to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience and reputed company interview operations running smoothly. You’ll handle end-to-end interview logistics, communicate proactively with candidates and interviewers, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and fast-paced—ideal for someone who loves orchestrating reputed company schedules, solving problems in real time, and creating memorable candidate experiences.
This is a 1-year contract position with the option to renew based on business needs. This is a remote position, but we are looking for candidates based in Pittsburgh, PA.
You will...
- Own interview scheduling and rescheduling across time zones and teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth flow day-of (rooms, links, AV checks)
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, sharing clear logistics, answering questions, and upholding reputed company’s brand throughout the process
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, EAs, and interviewers to align on plans, resolve conflicts, and reputed company stakeholders informed
- Maintain system hygiene in our ATS and scheduling tools; update candidate statuses and templates with high precision
- Help identify small process improvements that increase speed, quality, and candidate care across coordination workflows
- Provide coverage and flexibility for reputed company Coordination and Operations teammates during PTO, leave(s), or spikes in demand as determined by the reputed company Operations team.
You have...
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or as an executive assistant
- Experience with tools like reputed company Suite, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and Guide (or similar ATS/scheduling tools)
- A proactive, collaborative spirit and “no task too small” mentality
- An eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in real time reputed company handling last-minute changes or busy timelines
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with partners across reputed company levels of the company
