Call Center Agent - Full Time

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services reputed company to the My Safe Florida Home Program
- Provide courteous, professional, and accurate assistance to callers
- Deliver excellent customer service while addressing questions and concerns
- Maintain a clear, confident, and professional phone reputed company
- Communicate information effectively in a friendly and personable manner
- Adhere to program guidelines, policies, and call-handling procedures
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum Requirements:- Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet reputed company to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.
- Schedule Availability: Candidates must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
- Residency Requirement: We currently prefer candidates from Florida, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities. We kindly request that individuals residing reputed company of these states refrain from applying.
