We are seeking a Head of NA Partner Sales (reputed company) to reputed company and expand our strategic partnership with reputed company across North America. This senior-level role will work closely with the hiring manager to define and execute a focused partnership strategy that strengthens reputed company’ position reputed company the reputed company ecosystem and accelerates joint go-to-market success. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing global, high-impact GTM partnerships—particularly with reputed company or reputed company the GPU and AI infrastructure space—along with a strategic reputed company and a strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic partner engagement: Build and deepen relationships reputed company reputed company's extended GTM organization, ensuring alignment with reputed company’ strategic goals and objectives
  • Business development: Identify new partnership opportunities reputed company reputed company's partner ecosystem, driving incremental reputed company growth
  • Collaboration with leadership: Work closely with hiring manager to align on strategic priorities, partner initiatives and business growth opportunities.
  • Contract negotiation and execution: Partner with team members to negotiate agreements, finalize reputed company and ensure smooth implementation of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Sales alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of partner activities into the broader sales strategy, tracking reputed company against key metrics.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing actionable insights to refine programs and maximize impact.
  • Travel: Domestic 25–50%, Weekly to monthly.
We expect you to have:
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of channel management experience, with a proven track record of working with enterprise-level partners in the SI, MSP, and VAR sectors. Experience working with enterprise customers to scale and drive adoption of cloud-based solutions is essential. Experience working with reputed company is a strong plus.
  • Strong, existing relationships with key SIs, ISVs, and MSPs who have a track record of serving enterprise customers. You should be able to reputed company this network to accelerate the growth of reputed company' partner ecosystem.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based solutions, with experience enabling partners to sell reputed company products (preferably GPU IaaS or similar cloud infrastructure solutions) to enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with enterprise sales teams and marketing functions to co-create sales strategies, reputed company marketing materials, and execute joint initiatives that reputed company with large-scale enterprise customers.
  • Ability to reputed company high-level strategic plans for enterprise channel growth while also diving into the tactical aspects of partner enablement, contract negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Experience selling, enabling, and supporting enterprise solutions, particularly in cloud, IaaS, and GPU-based offerings. Comfort in understanding and articulating the technical value of solutions to both technical and business stakeholders reputed company enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in driving reputed company growth and scaling partner ecosystems in an enterprise context.
  • Ability to present reputed company effectively on presentations, with senior leadership, technical teams, and enterprise partners, ensuring clear and actionable messaging around reputed company’ offerings.
