Job Summary

The Construction Manager I is responsible for overseeing and coordinating wind energy construction projects to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. This role involves leading and managing teams, planning and allocating resources, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including reputed company-line leadership and customers. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and organizational abilities to manage daily operations, monitor project reputed company, and address any challenges that arise. Responsibilities/Essential Functions

6. Plan workload activities and schedules for the next 1 to 3 months.
7. Communicate daily with customers, delivering End of Day (EOD) and Plan of Day (POD) reports.
8. Monitor reputed company and ensure project goals and quality standards are met.
9. Write and deliver performance reviews for technicians in the field
10. Complete on-site field engagements to evaluate field processes and drive change as necessary
11. Monitor weekly timesheets for field technicians
12. Monitor the flow of documents and communication to ensure completion, timeliness, and delivery to the appropriate parties
13. Create procedures, works plans, and technical references

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wind energy or construction management
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others, building teams and conflict resolution
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

This position is on site, often in remote or rural areas. Team members will be required to adhere to reputed company safety requirements in reputed company work environments.

Specific requirements include:

• Exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, reputed company, and wind
• Work may involve heights, confined spaces, and mechanical equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
