Job Scope

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our cell and gene therapy-reputed company product portfolio across US. This role is ideal for a results-driven, self-motivated professional with a strong industry network and deep understanding of the cell and gene therapy (CGT) ecosystem. The candidate should be passionate about enabling reputed company and capable of translating technical knowledge into commercial opportunities.

This position can be based remotely reputed company in the United States, but should be expected to travel. The estimated reputed company salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 and is dependent upon experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including biotech companies, CDMOs, academic institutions, and core facilities

• Act as a trusted partner to customers by understanding their technical needs and aligning solutions accordingly

• Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Immunology, Cell Biology, or reputed company fields
• 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management reputed company the life sciences or biopharma industry
• Strong experience in cell therapy or reputed company fields
• Deep familiarity with the US biotech landscape and core facility ecosystem

• Experience interacting with process development, manufacturing, and translational teams

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
