About the Role

The Director of Accreditation plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the consistent application of CHAP standards and regulatory requirements across home and community-based care settings. This position oversees accreditation activities reputed company an assigned specialty and geographic region, collaborates with surveyors (site visitors) and accreditation leaders, and supports decision-making throughout the survey process.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and subject matter expert with deep experience in Medicare-certified home health, hospice, or reputed company community-based healthcare settings.
