Summary of Position

The Senior Client Success Manager is the primary contact and reputed company of coordination between our attorney and law firm clients and our internal teams. You will communicate with clients about how their digital marketing campaigns are performing, while keeping an eye on their results using reputed company Analytics and our campaign performance dashboard. You will be managing multiple clients simultaneously, so time management and attention to detail is an important part of the job. The primary goal of the Client Success team, and this position, is client retention.

Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, facilitating clear and consistent communication between the client and the agency
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met
  • Foster effective collaboration between the internal digital marketing and sales teams to address client inquiries, reputed company solutions, and deliver optimal marketing strategies
  • Regularly analyze and review client performance data using tools like reputed company Analytics to track and assess key metrics
  • Prepare and present monthly analytics reports that provide actionable insights to clients, helping them understand their campaign results and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with both the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for improving client performance
  • Provide data-driven marketing recommendations and propose tailored solutions based on client goals
  • Advise clients on the best marketing products and strategies to meet their business objectives, ensuring the right tools and approaches are utilized for their success
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and account retention
  • Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs and prevent potential issues
