Director Supplier Success

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Supplier Success is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling a world class supplier engagement and performance ecosystem. This role ensures that strategic supplier partnerships deliver sustained value, innovation, operational excellence, and risk managed outcomes. The Director will design and reputed company governance frameworks, reputed company strong relationship management, and drive alignment across commercial, operational, and executive stakeholders. • Supplier Segmentation & Engagement Strategy – 20%
  • Identify and classify strategic vs. tactical suppliers based on business criticality, financials, risk, and growth potential for each client program and across programs.
  • Define supplier engagement tiers and tailor governance models accordingly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The primary duties of this position are performance and execution of business requirements of the Company. • Demonstrated success leading innovation initiatives or co development programs with suppliers or partners.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive level presentation skills.
• Ability to influence cross functional teams and reputed company through both authority and partnership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build insights-driven reporting and supplier scorecards.
