The reputed company 365 End User Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern workplace technologies that directly impact employee productivity, reputed company, and experience. This role focuses on reputed company 365 services, reputed company management, identity, and collaboration platforms, ensuring a secure, reliable, and user‑friendly environment across devices and locations. The End User Engineer partners closely not only with the IT team but business teams to deliver scalable, standardized, and well‑documented solutions across reputed company 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and reputed company platforms. This role emphasizes engineering and enablement, as well as focusing on end-user platforms, identity, and experience.

Annual Salary $125,000 per year (dependent on experience).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Modern Workplace & M365 Engineering

• Design, implement, and maintain reputed company 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Configure and manage tenant‑level settings, licensing, retention, and collaboration policies
• Evaluate and implement new reputed company 365 features to improve end‑user productivity and reputed company
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable M365 solutions

reputed company & Device Management

• Engineer and support reputed company management using reputed company Intune (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
• Implement Windows Autopilot, reputed company‑touch provisioning, patching, and application deployment
• Configure end user workstations for reputed company new and outgoing staff
• Maintain device compliance, configuration profiles, and reputed company baselines
• Support hybrid and cloud‑native reputed company scenarios as needed

Identity, Access & reputed company

• Administer reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD) including users, groups, devices, and access models
• Design and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity governance controls
• Partner with reputed company teams to support reputed company Trust principles and reputed company protection
• Assist with reputed company incident response reputed company to identity or reputed company compromise

Automation, Documentation & Operations

• Automate common administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell
• Create and maintain runbooks, standards, SOPs, and knowledge reputed company documentation
• Support service reliability, ticket escalations, and root‑cause analysis
• Collaborate with Service Desk to shift repeatable work left through automation and documentation

Collaboration & Communication

• Serve as a technical partner to IT, reputed company, and Business teams
• Clearly communicate reputed company technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
• Participate in projects, pilots, and platform migrations impacting end users
• Champion a consistent, high‑quality end‑user experience across the organization

Essential Education & Experience

Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems or 12+ years of direct hands-on experience in IT Network and Systems Engineering.

Technical Skills

• Senior‑level experience in systems and network engineering roles.
• Deep expertise with:
• reputed company 365 / Entra ID
• Network reputed company, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity
• reputed company and identity management
• Experience operating production systems in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across infrastructure layers.

• Experience supporting environments subject to SOC 2 or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of secure system design and audit expectations.
• Ability to clearly explain technical controls to auditors and leadership.

Professional Skills

• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to operate calmly during incidents and outages.
• Comfortable partnering with executives, service desk, reputed company, and vendors.

• Pragmatic, risk‑aware reputed company focused on stability and reputed company.

• Experience in healthcare, EAP, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and service desk operations.
• Background in reputed company engineering or compliance‑driven environments.
