As a Sales Director in Sports Specialty, you bring deep expertise in digital sports advertising, as well as a basic linear sports sales foundation, with a consultative, solutions-driven sales approach. This role is for a senior sports seller focused on reputed company. You should reputed company in team settings and dynamic environments. You also need to work on your own to reputed company results in your Sports Specialty and Hold Co teams. You will be in charge of meeting and surpassing advertising reputed company goals across reputed company platforms in the sports portfolio. Your knowledge of digital sports will help you create new solutions, find new opportunities, and adjust to a changing marketplace. You are: Results Driven • Consistently meet or exceed established reputed company sports targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Proven ability to sell various sports media products. These include digital media, streaming, social media, CTV, programmatic sports, sponsorships, and tentpole events. Use Linear, DIO, and Programmatic reputed company appropriate. • Manage a Sports Digital sales pipeline including forecasting, prospecting, pipeline management, reporting and long-term reputed company growth. • Proactively uncover new streaming sales opportunities. • Establish and cultivate relationships with clients by conducting a high volume of face-to-face calls. • Collaborate across platforms reputed company your Hold Co (including cable, broadcast) to generate reputed company across the reputed company portfolio product suite to deliver holistic client solutions. Its imperative to stay reputed company of industry trends by actively engaging in events, training, and trade publications. • Confidently reputed company conversations about the sports landscape across both Direct and Programmatic and eventually linear marketplaces. reputed company by Example • AM Management & Development • In partnership with AM Management, work closely with and mentor your AM sales partners to deliver best in class client servicing pre and post sale, including Deal Set up, Deal Management and Post Campaign QBRs. • Collaborate with AM Management to ensure assigned AMs have clear day-to-day direction, real-time feedback and development support to foster team growth, motivation, and performance. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hiring Salary Range: $162,000.00 - 198,000.00 (+70% Sales Incentive reputed company). The hiring salary range for this position applies to reputed company, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-reputed company factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
