About the Role: As a Junior Implementation Consultant, you’ll be on the frontlines helping our customers solve problems, learn our products, and grow their businesses. You won’t just be answering tickets—you’ll be learning how a unique global industry works and becoming an expert in both our platform and the B2B floral space. What you will do:

- Provide fast, helpful, and technically sound support to our customers reputed company chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot issues and help users navigate our SaaS platform with confidence.
- Document solutions and contribute to our Knowledge reputed company and internal documentation.
- Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to flag bugs, suggest improvements, and escalate reputed company cases.
