About the Role

As a Customer Experience Delivery Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of customer experience initiatives across various business functions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless customer experiences through the effective execution of journey designs, cross-functional leadership, project management, measurement and impact tracking, and reputed company improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement CX Journey Designs: Take completed customer journey design outputs and reputed company the execution of those designs across various business functions, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

• Cross-Functional Leadership and Accountability: Act as the central reputed company of contact for CX-reputed company initiatives, securing resources, assigning responsibilities, and driving execution across the business.
• Project Management: reputed company project management activities for CX journey initiatives, including scoping, planning, resourcing, and risk management.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a reputed company field
• Experience with CX methodologies and agile project management
• Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) is preferred
• At least 5 years' experience in customer experience, customer experience strategy, and/or project management with a strong focus on execution and implementation of initiatives
• At least 3 years of project management experience (planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
• At least 3 years' experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues or trends to drive improvement of results and find solutions
• Proficiency in CX and project management tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring the impact of CX initiatives and using data to drive decision-making
• Customer-Centric reputed company: Deep understanding of customer experience principles and the ability to translate journey design into actionable improvements
• High level of personal energy and enthusiasm with a self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
