Requirements

As a Mid-Level Customer Service Representative on the arenaflex Talent Marketplace, you'll be the first point of contact for clients using our platform. You'll handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure user satisfaction across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
