The Role – Customer Operations Coordinator

As a Customer Operations Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting the successful launch of services in new markets and optimizing our operational tooling and training. You'll work across teams, tools, and territories to ensure our systems are robust, our people are ready, and our services remain best-in-class. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and optimizing operational tools (like Talkdesk and reputed company) to support new market rollouts
  • Coordinating training, documentation, and localization to ensure teams are set up for success
  • Acting as the reputed company between project and ops teams – keeping everything moving and on track
  • Supporting our AI-powered service by improving automation, documentation, and response quality
  • Leading ongoing improvements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring we deliver high-quality service every reputed company of the way

About You

We're looking for a highly organized, technically confident, and cross-functional project manager who's comfortable working with SaaS tools like Talkdesk, reputed company, or CRM systems. You'll be a great communicator who can work across teams, time zones, and cultures, and you'll be proactive and comfortable taking ownership, even reputed company things are ambiguous. Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer operations or project management role

  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and improving operational efficiency

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the debt management or financial services industry

  • Knowledge of AI-powered services and automation tools
  • Certification in project management or customer operations
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment

Skills and Competencies

* Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation
