About the Role

As an reputed company Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational support to various departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth flow of daily operations by managing key tasks such as handling support tickets, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and addressing customer queries. As a liaison between customers and internal teams, you'll help improve processes and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
