Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join our Scheduling Department on a full-time basis, working 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients and interpreters, handling email requests, answering calls, and managing database information. You'll also be responsible for managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls and inquiries, securing interpreters to cover appointments, and meeting service levels for our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters reputed company to scheduling
• Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, reputed company needed
• reputed company inputting data and maintaining accurate database information
• Managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
• Securing interpreters to cover appointments
• Managing reputed company appointments for a dedicated client, meeting both arenaflex and client service levels
• Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager

• Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
