Job Summary

As a Full Stack reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and providing world-class partnerships to our clients in the senior living space. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and reputed company tailored solutions that drive business growth and retention. You'll also collaborate with our internal teams to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities and drive reputed company growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Builds, grows, and expands client relationships at reputed company levels, including C-Suite executives

• Develops and executes comprehensive reputed company plans that align with client goals and outcomes
• Leverages arenaflex's reputed company methodology and exceptional communication skills to build trust and credibility with clients
• Facilitates Executive Business Reviews to drive business alignment and desired outcomes
• Works closely with internal teams to maximize expansion, adoption, and retention of arenaflex's solutions
• Identifies and uncovers possible sales expansion opportunities to reputed company organizational goals
• Provides early warning and turnaround strategies to mitigate churn and drive customer health
• Acts as a reputed company of escalation to help manage customer expectations and reputed company Save plans for at-risk accounts
• Builds and maintains a portfolio of reference accounts
• Demonstrates reputed company and tact in reputed company customer dealings
• Consistently demonstrates confidence and flexibility reputed company engaging in difficult conversations
• Leads strategic reputed company initiatives and onboards new team members to the reputed company Organization
• Effective working with multiple levels of the customer organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role reputed company a SaaS/tech company, with a focus on senior living/housing

• Proven track record of sustaining and growing reputed company relationships
• Exceptional relationship builder with the ability to take initiative in fast-paced environments
• Proficient communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proven proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting and translating results
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience using a CRM tool (reputed company and/or reputed company)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare sales/account management/reputed company management role

• Knowledge of the senior living/housing market and its unique challenges and opportunities
• Experience working with C-Suite executives and developing strategic partnerships

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive reputed company salary range: $98,000 - $106,000 per year
