Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Operator / Typing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering client data, services, and other relevant information into various databases. You will also perform other duties as assigned, including data entry, data management, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter client data, services, and other relevant information into various databases with precision and accuracy
- Search databases as needed to retrieve information
- Review intake forms for completeness and update data systems with changes
- Work with the Healthcare Admin Jobs Data and Compliance Coordinator for systems evaluation and implementation
- Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry, data management, and administrative tasks
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 55 wpm
- Strong understanding of data systems and databases
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a non-profit or food bank setting
- Knowledge of database management systems and software
- Experience with data entry software, including Case Worthy and CDS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
