Job description: ConnectPrep, an E-Learning company, is looking for K-12 Tutors for all subjects and test prep. At ConnectPrep, we go beyond the traditional one-size-fits-all approach to learning. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute individualized lesson plans, tailored to meet the needs of each student.
- Monitor and track student progress with the help of ConnectPrep?s advanced performance metrics.
- Collaborate with students, parents and colleagues to identify academic issues and develop solutions.
- Prepare students for standardized tests such as ACT, SAT and AP exams.
- Utilize a variety of tools and resources to help students comprehend and grasp academic concepts.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely feedback on student progress.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, practices, and materials in K-12 education.
- Bachelor?s degree in education, or a related subject area.
- Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students in a teaching or tutoring capacity.
- In-depth knowledge in at least one core subject area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with online teaching and learning platforms.
