Position Overview
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. As a key member of our customer experience strategy, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients reputed company phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues reputed company, and build strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
- Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve client issues and concerns
- Answer basic client questions about nutrition, reputed company, and the DEXA technology
- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company client issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support to clients
Requirements
* 2+ years of extensive Customer Service experience in a remote or call center environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving reputed company issues
- Strong knowledge of customer experience (CX) KPIs and processes
- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to learn and grow in this field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Availability to work 2:30pm-11pm CST Sunday-Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off (subject to change)
Compensation and Benefits
