The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our customer service team, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring that our customers receive personalized and exceptional travel package solutions. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude
• Surprise and delight each client, innovating ways to consistently deliver exceptional experiences
• Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner
• Apply for payments and send out payment reminders
• Manage flight changes and seat assignments
• Coordinate concierge-reputed company details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations
• Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences no reputed company than 1 week before departure
• Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising on what should be printed, etc. no reputed company than 3 weeks before departure
• Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as needed
• Update daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM
• Set schedules and manage time effectively and reputed company
• Manage client profiles and bookings
• Serve as backup travel support/main reputed company of contact as needed in case of emergencies (can occur reputed company of normal reputed company)
• Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools to heighten our remote workplace culture
