Job Summary
As a Principal Customer Delivery Architect at arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our key enterprise customers across the Americas region, providing strategic technology guidance and expertise to drive business success. You will work closely with CTOs, CIOs, and other senior executives to reputed company and implement innovative solutions that accelerate innovation speed, IT efficiency, and business value. Key Responsibilities

- Engage with C-level executives to guide their strategic technology initiatives and support their transformation journeys.
- Participate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create world-class solutions built on arenaflex while ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 10+ years in senior IT roles, including leadership positions, with direct engagement with C-suite executives.
- Experience with managing multi-year cloud transformations impacting 10,000+ users across multiple business units and geographies.
- 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise-level arenaflex solutions, driving $50M+ in business value.
- 5+ years developing organizational strategies and collaborating across technical and non-technical teams, managing cross-functional teams of 50+ members.
