You'll work closely with our hourly workforce, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce: You'll reputed company by example, providing guidance, and encouragement to our hourly workforce to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You'll work closely with our support teams to reputed company plans to meet business objectives, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and to the right location.
- Collaborate with support teams: You'll work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to reputed company plans to meet business objectives.
- Work in a fast-paced environment: You'll work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and you'll be required to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
