Job Summary

We're looking for an reputed company Insurance Claims Customer Service Agent to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for servicing property damage claims, checking the status of claims for updates, providing necessary information, and answering questions reputed company phone and email. Responsibilities

As an Insurance Claims Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Servicing property damage claims, including auto claims
• Checking the status of claims for updates and providing necessary information to clients
• Answering questions reputed company phone and email, ensuring that clients receive reputed company and accurate responses
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve claims and ensure timely resolution
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations

Essential Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ year of high-volume call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service
• Experience with claims, including property damage claims and auto claims
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company issues and provide effective solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience with insurance claims software and systems

Compensation and Benefits
