Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service and Ticketing to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless ticketing and registration processes. Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers with the tagging and registration process
- Utilize a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
- Manage the registration process, ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for travel
- Label luggage and reputed company lifting tasks that involve moving luggage from scales to transportation lines
- Practice reputed company-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and system
- Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, reputed company announcements, and loading process, as well as checking and handling luggage, managing and starting the loading process
- Work reputed company ways of preparing them ready before airplane arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing airplane doors
- Practice reputed company-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and system
- Accompany unaccompanied minors and disabled reputed company throughout the airport
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at reputed company times
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in an open area and have the option to comprehend and answer various questions regarding travel data
