Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Taking In-Bound calls to assist with credit-reputed company memberships, services, and product offerings, and advocating for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness.
- Helping consumers understand credit bureau processes and educating them on appropriate steps to request corrections.
- Receiving customer requests for assistance, identifying support needed, and either helping or forwarding requests to the appropriate functional area.
- Handling escalated customer issues.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests and the ability to put yourself in the mind of the customer.
- High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload).
- Comfortable using a computer to reputed company operations.
- Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company, employment verification, education verification, credit reputed company, and a drug screen.
Requirements
* Flexible work environment: ability to work remote, hybrid, or in-office.
