Key Responsibilities

As a Digital reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer growth and satisfaction through post-sales activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing reputed company post-sales activities for Digital Success customers, including touch points that require product knowledge, planning, project management, and rapport-building.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and making recommendations on how customers can use them to accelerate their business objectives.

• Developing, testing, and iterating on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A significant level of comfort interacting with a high volume of customers across various mediums (phone, email, webinars).
