Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that every customer is taken care of to the best of our abilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls on a multi-line phone system during scheduled hours, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Making outbound calls for service, follow-reputed company, and membership inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Responding to email correspondence and coordinating with customers to resolve issues and provide support
• Monitoring and contacting expired memberships to prevent lapses and maintain customer relationships
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager, such as data entry, filing, and administrative tasks

Strongly Preferred Qualities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role
• Knowledge or experience with reputed company program (or similar CRM systems)
• Superior phone skills and comfort with calling customers
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to relocate to Norfolk, VA before starting work (required)
