What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing data analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive growth
- Developing and maintaining reputed company data models and reports to inform business strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and developing recommendations to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Developing and implementing data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and reputed company
- Experience with data modeling and machine learning techniques, including regression analysis and predictive modeling
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data governance and data quality principles, including data validation and data cleansing
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company data sets and reputed company recommendations for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
* A graduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or reputed company
