Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries through live chat
• Resolving product or service problems by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
• Escalating reputed company issues to the appropriate department or team
• Updating customer information and ensuring reputed company changes are recorded correctly

• Following communication guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent customer service

Requirements
